Employment

We hire for a variety of short-term positions (30-60 days) to support our premier summer camp Extreme Military Challenge!   Positions include:

 

  • * Drill Instructors (all services)

  • ** Field Training NCOs (all services)

  • ** Administrative Support (all services)

  • ** Public Affairs Support (all services)

  • Food Service Support

  • Facility Maintenance
     

The above positions marked with * require active duty military service as a Basic Training Instructor.   Those marked with ** must have a military background or extensive uniformed service working with Cadets or other youth programs in a military environment.

Military to Civilian Veterans' 

Internship Program

We know first-hand that transitioning from the military environment to the civilian markeplace can be a difficult and stressful period.   This is especially true when leaving the service without sufficient financial or emotional preparation.  

 

Liberty Communications, LLC, offers up to five residential internships for recently-discharged veterans who have honorably served.   We will provide:

 

  • Free Room and Board for up to 90 days

  • On-the-Job Skills Training in a variety of areas

  • Resume Development and Interview Practice

  • Letters of Recommendation, when appropriate

  • A $2500 Stipend upon successful completion of 90 days

  • All uniforms, tools and equipment

  • Preference for full-time hiring
     

These full-time internships will include positions ranging from Public Affairs and Communications to Facility Maintenance to working with an Executive Chef.  All full-time positions will be generally hired through the internship program. 

 

These are uniformed positions (modified military-style uniform), requiring compliance with grooming standards.   Candidates must be Honorable Discharged, drug-free and have separated from the military within the past 24 months.   Currently serving reservists and guardsmen are eligible.   DD-214 and last three performance evaluations are required for military veterans.

Cadet to Active Duty 

Internship Program

If you are a former Cadet of any program (XMC, CAP, JROTC, Sea Cadets, Exploring, Young Marines, etc.) and have taken the Oath of Enlistment to serve in the military, we would like to thank you for being one of the .5 percent (1/2 of 1%) of Americans who will serve in uniform.  

 

Liberty Communications, LLC, offers up to five residential internships for former Cadets with a year or more experience who are contracted in the Delayed Entry Program and are waiting to ship out to Basic Training.   We will provide:

 

  • Free Room and Board for up to 90 days

  • On-the-Job Skills Training in a variety of areas

  • Counselling and Coaching on Military Career Success

  • Letters of Recommendation for special programs (ROTC, Military Academy, etc.), when appropriate

  • A $1000 Stipend upon successful completion of 90 days

  • All uniforms, tools and equipment


These full-time internships will include positions ranging from Public Affairs and Communications to Facility Maintenance to working with an Executive Chef.  When possible, we will attempt to place you in a position which is in line with your future military career. 

 

These are uniformed positions (modified military-style uniform), requiring compliance with grooming standards.
