Request Lodging or an Event
From a private stay to a large group event, Camp Liberty welcomes everyone. Share your dates, group size and needs so our team can discuss appropriate lodging, facilities and arrangements.
Special Event Insurance & Alcohol Requirements
Large events: Event organizers must provide a special-event Certificate of Insurance naming Liberty Communications, LLC as an Additional Insured. Insurance documentation must be reviewed and accepted by Camp Liberty before the event is approved.
Events serving alcoholic beverages other than beer or wine: An on-site, off-duty police officer and event-specific insurance coverage are required. All alcoholic beverage service remains subject to advance approval, applicable laws, and Camp Liberty event conditions.
Provide your proposed attendance, alcohol-service plans, and insurance details when requesting a quote. Additional documentation may be required based on the event.

Reservation & Payment Policy
Approval required. All lodging requests must be reviewed and approved by Camp Liberty. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve accommodations.
Payment in full. Individual lodging must be paid in full when booking and is nonrefundable. An inquiry is not a booking; payment and Camp Liberty confirmation are required. All services, rentals, lodging and purchases are nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. Full payment is due seven days before the event only for large-scale events totaling $5,000 or more run by a third-party organization. This seven-day deadline does not apply to lodging, courses or other purchases. Other payment timing follows the applicable booking, enrollment or approved agreement terms.
No cancellations or refunds. Confirmed lodging reservations are final, noncancelable and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. Guests must accept these terms before payment.
Lodging Discounts & Guest Arrangements
Military and law-enforcement guests receive a lodging discount equal to the cleaning fee. ID verification is required before the discount is approved. Select the discount when requesting lodging. You may upload redacted eligibility documentation privately with your request or arrange ID verification in person. Do not upload an unredacted military CAC, Social Security number or other unnecessary personal data.
Rosie (the Riveter) and Hero live onsite. Pets may be arranged with an additional $50 cleaning fee. Contact Camp Liberty before booking to discuss service animals and pets; arrangements are considered individually.
Rates shown are the current Camp Liberty rates, before 10% tax. Individual lodging must be paid in full when booking and is nonrefundable.
