Special Event Insurance & Alcohol Requirements
Large events: Event organizers must provide a special-event Certificate of Insurance naming Liberty Communications, LLC as an Additional Insured. Insurance documentation must be reviewed and accepted by Camp Liberty before the event is approved.
Events serving alcoholic beverages other than beer or wine: An on-site, off-duty police officer and event-specific insurance coverage are required. All alcoholic beverage service remains subject to advance approval, applicable laws, and Camp Liberty event conditions.
Provide your proposed attendance, alcohol-service plans, and insurance details when requesting a quote. Additional documentation may be required based on the event.
Wedding season: Weddings are not hosted during June or July while Camp Liberty is dedicated to its summer youth training mission. Ask about available dates in other months.
Camp Liberty welcomes civilian and uniformed couples alike for chapel and outdoor ceremonies, receptions, and guest lodging. Our dedicated wedding website provides the full package experience.
Wedding packages
Choose from our Platinum, Gold, Silver and Elopement wedding packages. Contact the events team to confirm availability and event arrangements.
Platinum — $7,500
Two full days of chapel and reception hall access, tables/chairs/tablecloths for 125, planning, rehearsal gathering, Blue Salsa Photo Booth, two-night Lake House and Eagle’s Landing accommodations, and coordinated setup and cleanup.
Gold — $5,000
24-hour chapel and reception hall access, tables/chairs/tablecloths for 100, rehearsal gathering, White Salsa Photo Booth, two-night lodging in the Lake House and Eagle’s Landing, and day-of coordination.
Silver — $2,500
12-hour chapel or reception hall access, tables/chairs/tablecloths for 75, rehearsal access, Bluetooth music system and do-it-yourself setup and cleanup. The brochure lists a $1,776 Sunday–Thursday special; confirm applicability.
Elopement — $500
Two-hour chapel use for up to 10 guests, wedding officiant and Bluetooth music system.
Optional services include wedding officiant, cake, planner, lodging, recreational activities and Salsa Photo Booth rental. Package inclusions are subject to confirmation.
