Plan Your Event at Camp Liberty
Tell us about your birthday party, HMMWV or equipment rental, wedding, organization, dates, anticipated attendance and the facilities or services you need. Include any alcohol, insurance, delivery, setup or specialized activity requirements in the details field. We can develop a tailored proposal for festivals, fairs, Jeep and vehicle gatherings, airsoft events, church camps, reunions, parties, sports teams, schools, professional groups and conferences. All groups are welcome.
Special Event Insurance & Alcohol Requirements
Large events: Event organizers must provide a special-event Certificate of Insurance naming Liberty Communications, LLC as an Additional Insured. Insurance documentation must be reviewed and accepted by Camp Liberty before the event is approved.
Events serving alcoholic beverages other than beer or wine: An on-site, off-duty police officer and event-specific insurance coverage are required. All alcoholic beverage service remains subject to advance approval, applicable laws, and Camp Liberty event conditions.
Provide your proposed attendance, alcohol-service plans, and insurance details when requesting a quote. Additional documentation may be required based on the event.
