CAMP LIBERTY · APPLICATION BEFORE PAYMENT
STOP-C / Patriot’s Boot Camp Application
Apply for the Service to Others Prep Course (STOP-C) or Patriot’s Boot Camp Challenge! · April 5–9, 2027 · Ages 18+. These are challenging military-style programs with distinct breakouts.
Airport & Arrival Instructions
Arrive the first day as early as possible. Wear a black polo shirt, khaki slacks and a belt. If flying, use Birmingham–Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM) and report to Baggage Claim 4 after collecting luggage, with your transfer arranged in advance. If driving, report directly to Camp Liberty.
For an approved Sunday departure without skydiving, schedule a flight after 3 PM Central. With the optional skydive, book your Monday flight after 5 PM Central to allow for Sunday jumping and a Monday morning weather backup. These windows do not replace your final course departure and extended-stay instructions.
Applications are reviewed individually. The class must reach 12 approved participants to proceed; a maximum of 24 may be accepted. Applying does not guarantee a place. No payment is requested or accepted with this application. If approved, we will send the applicable final tuition, verified discounts and optional add-on amounts with a payment link.
Scheduled program tuition is $1,776, inclusive of shared lodging and meals. The 15% qualifying service discount and the $2,995 Battle Buddy rate cannot be combined; an eligible $250 prompt-payment discount may be applied to one of those choices after approval. All requests remain subject to verification.

OPTIONAL INDEPENDENT PROVIDER
Optional Tandem Skydive — Additional $500
The additional $500 includes: ground training and the tandem skydive conducted by Skydive Alabama; meals and lodging at Camp Liberty for the additional stay; and round-trip ground transportation from Camp Liberty to Cullman Regional Airport / Folsom Field and back. These are included in the $500 optional package, not separately charged components.
Skydiving is provided by Skydive Alabama, not Liberty Communications, LLC or Camp Liberty. Liberty Communications, LLC does not conduct skydiving instruction, operate aircraft, supply parachute equipment or supervise the tandem jump. Provider screening, weather, availability and a separate provider waiver apply. Photos or video of the jump are not included unless separately confirmed.
Tandem skydiving requires applicants to be 19 or older on the scheduled jump date. Regular course eligibility begins at age 18; an 18-year-old may attend the course but cannot skydive before turning 19.
Weather backup and cancellation: Sunday is the first scheduled tandem-jump opportunity. If weather prevents the Sunday jump, another opportunity will be offered Monday morning if operations are safe and the provider can proceed. If the skydiving operator ultimately cancels the tandem jump and it cannot be completed, including after the Monday morning weather backup, We will refund $250 of the $500 optional-package payment. This fixed refund applies to an operator-canceled jump; a participant’s voluntary decision not to jump is subject to the separately approved add-on terms. This exception does not change tuition refund terms.
All arrangements are coordinated through Camp Liberty. Request the $500 option in your Camp Liberty application. Do not book or pay the skydiving provider directly through this program. No payment is requested until your application is approved.

Participation, liability release and medical-care authorization
Voluntary participation and risk. I understand that Boot Camp Challenge activities may involve strenuous exercise, obstacle challenges, outdoor training, supervised camping, travel on and off Camp Liberty, and other approved activities. These activities carry inherent risks, including falls, heat illness, physical injury, disability and, in rare cases, death. I agree to follow staff instructions, communicate limitations promptly, and participate voluntarily.
Release of liability. In consideration of participation, I agree, to the extent permitted by applicable Alabama law, to release Liberty Communications, LLC, Camp Liberty, and their officers, employees, agents and authorized volunteers from claims arising from the ordinary negligence of these parties in connection with program activities. This release does not extend to gross negligence, reckless or intentional misconduct, or other liabilities that applicable law prohibits releasing. A separate final waiver may be required after application approval.
Emergency medical authorization. If I become ill or injured and cannot reasonably provide informed consent, I authorize Camp Liberty staff to summon emergency medical services, communicate necessary information to responders, contact my emergency contact, and facilitate care by qualified medical professionals. I understand treatment decisions are made by licensed providers and that I may be responsible for expenses not covered by insurance.
Third-party skydiving. Any optional tandem skydive is conducted by Skydive Alabama at Cullman Regional Airport, not by Liberty Communications, LLC or Camp Liberty. Skydive Alabama independently determines eligibility, provides training and equipment, conducts the flight and jump, and requires its own separate liability waiver. My application acknowledgment does not replace the operator’s waiver.
By submitting, I confirm that I am at least 18 years old, that my answers are accurate to the best of my knowledge, and that I have read the separate acknowledgments below. Written medical clearance or further documentation may be required before approval. Submission does not obligate Camp Liberty to accept me.
Please do not enter Social Security numbers, full medical histories, diagnoses or unredacted identification. Health-related disclosures are limited to whether confidential follow-up is needed; we will arrange additional review privately. For help call 844-962-1776 or email Events@Camp-Liberty.com.
Military Kids: Up to $300 in Independent Grant Assistance
Eligible military-family applicants considering Adulting Boot Camp or STOP-C may be able to receive up to $300 in activity-grant assistance through Our Military Kids (OMK), an independent nonprofit. This is not automatic assistance for every military child. Applicants must meet OMK’s current military-family, age, education and activity requirements, and OMK must confirm that the selected course qualifies. Because these courses are for adults age 18+, confirm eligibility directly with OMK before relying on assistance.
Camp Liberty, Boot Camp Challenge and Extreme Military Challenge! do not control this scholarship in any way. We do not administer the grant, select recipients, set eligibility or award amounts, approve applications, or guarantee funding. Only OMK makes those decisions. Apply directly to OMK and confirm its approval and payment arrangements before making financial commitments.
