Request Lodging or an Event

From a private stay to a large group event, Camp Liberty welcomes everyone. Share your dates, group size and needs so our team can discuss appropriate lodging, facilities and arrangements.

For a large event, please use the detailed event planning form, including insurance and alcohol arrangements.

Special Event Insurance & Alcohol Requirements

Large events: Event organizers must provide a special-event Certificate of Insurance naming Liberty Communications, LLC as an Additional Insured. Insurance documentation must be reviewed and accepted by Camp Liberty before the event is approved.

Events serving alcoholic beverages other than beer or wine: An on-site, off-duty police officer and event-specific insurance coverage are required. All alcoholic beverage service remains subject to advance approval, applicable laws, and Camp Liberty event conditions.

Provide your proposed attendance, alcohol-service plans, and insurance details when requesting a quote. Additional documentation may be required based on the event.

Reservation terms acknowledgementI understand this is only a request, not a reservation. If Camp Liberty approves the dates and price, 100% payment is required before confirmation. Confirmed lodging reservations are noncancelable and nonrefundable, except where required by law.

This form does not automatically send information or reserve a date. Our staff must review and approve requests before any payment or booking confirmation.

Submitting opens your email app with a prepared inquiry addressed to Events@Camp-Liberty.com. Please send that email to complete your inquiry. Your reservation is not accepted until Camp Liberty reviews and approves it. This form does not automatically transmit information or hold inventory.

Reservation & Payment Policy

Approval required. All lodging requests must be reviewed and approved by Camp Liberty. Submitting an inquiry does not reserve accommodations.

Payment in full. Once approved, 100% of the reservation amount, including applicable cleaning charges, is due before confirmation. No lodging deposits or installment plans.

No cancellations or refunds. Confirmed lodging reservations are final, noncancelable and nonrefundable, except where required by applicable law. Guests must accept these terms before payment.
